A great unique folk art piece.  Appears to be some type of bucket with two sides hand decorated that was made into a high side table with round top on three legs.  The bucket has two straps on one side that may have been used to hold/carry the bucket.  One one side it says “Have Your Scissors Grinded”, other side says “First Class Grinding’s All Work Guaranteed”. We think this may have existed inside an old general or corner type store where folks could drop off tools for sharpening. A great and unique one of a kind advertising ephemera.
