Nice Vintage Mens Polo by Ralph Lauren Indian Blanket Coat with Nickel Buttons.  Medium size.  Overall good condition with minimal wear.  Below each pocket on front of coat there are two small slight surface stains. We did not attempt to remove them.  Two last photos show closeups.
