Resembling the balcony railing of ancient architecture, the c-curve backrest is spanned fully across by horizontal rails decorated with carvings and motifs. Seat is supported by recessed legs flanked by open carved ruyi spandrels. Backrest still retains some faint painted floral panels with two rows of openwork carved floral work above. This is the longest and the best original patina condition as can be found online, and one of only three similar benches available in the world to our knowledge.
